look at goodnites.com they have all the information you need.
some kids are just bed wetters. I know one who wet the bed until he was 14 and then out grew it.
Some kids wet the bed a lot longer than others. One of my kids did (sometimes still does if over tiered) and the other never did. Here are a few tips to help.
No drinks at least 1-2 before bed
Limit sugar and caffeine
Take to the potty right before bed
If over tired waking up is harder so be prepared
If you haven’t talked to her Pediatrician about this yet – do it. They will make sure that there is nothing physically wrong that is causing her problems. Some kids have very small bladders or sleep very soundly and don’t wake to the feeling of having to void. You can help by making sure that she uses the toilet frequently in the early evening and right before she goes to bed. Most importantly, no liquids for a couple of hours before bedtime. If you get up in the night to pee, get her up too. Good luck.
tell them that if they wet their beds, the bedwetter monster will steal them away in the night, fatten them up and eat them.
Limit sugar and caffeine.
Don’t have her drink alot of fluids near bedtime hours.
Make sure she goes to the bathroom at least once before going to bed.
You can wake her up at regular intervals(as least disruptive as possible) for her to go to the bathroom or ask if she need to use the bathroom.
Use a moisture alarm.
Use water resistant bedsheets or matress.
It could be just a phase or a relapse. Some people still wet the bed until 13!
